By using the websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Site") provided by EVENHERO LTD and its affiliates (collectively "EVENHERO LTD," "we," or "us"), you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Purchase Policy. These terms govern your use of the Site and your purchase of any tickets, products, or services through the Site.
2. Definitions
Event: means an entertainment event, including, without limitation, a concert, exhibition, sports, theatrical and/or music event.
Tickets: means tickets or other types of evidence for an Event sold by EVENHERO LTD with permission of the Rights Holder.
Rights Holder: means the person, firm, company, or other third party which organizes, promotes, performs, or otherwise provides Events, or holds the right to sell Tickets.
Venue: means any facilities or locations of any nature where the Event is being held.
2.1 EventHero - Role and Responsibilities
(a) Intermediary Service Provider: EVENHERO LTD operates strictly as an online ticketing platform and intermediary agent. Our Site provides the technological infrastructure to facilitate the sale and distribution of tickets between you (the user or ticket buyer) and third-party event organizers, promoters, venues, or creators (collectively referred to as "Organizers").
(b) Disclaimer of Organization: EVENHERO LTD does not organize, produce, host, direct, manage, or control the events listed on the Site. We do not endorse any specific events and are not responsible for the planning, execution, quality, safety, or content of any event.
(c) Direct Contract with Organizers: When you purchase a ticket or register for an event through our Site, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the respective Organizer, not with EVENHERO LTD. The tickets purchased are subject to the specific terms, conditions, rules, and entry policies established by the Organizer and the venue management.
(d) Limitation of Event Liability: Because our role is exclusively limited to providing the ticketing technology and processing the transaction, EVENHERO LTD shall not be held liable for any event cancellations, postponements, alterations in the lineup or schedule, venue changes, denied entries, or any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the user prior to, during, or after the event.
(e) Refunds and Claims: Any claims, complaints, or disputes regarding the event itself, including requests for refunds due to canceled, severely altered, or rescheduled events, must be directed to and resolved by the Organizer. EventHero will only process refunds if explicitly authorized and instructed to do so by the Organizer, and strictly in accordance with the Organizer's own refund policy.
3. Purchase Policy & Ticket Rules
3.1 Purchasing & Pricing
EVENHERO LTD generally acts as an agent for the Rights Holder when selling Tickets to Events on our Site. We do not set the Ticket price or determine seating locations. All Tickets are offered subject to availability. The price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order, plus any applicable taxes, service fees, order processing fees, and delivery fees. Your order is not accepted and final until you receive an Order Confirmation.
3.2 Delivery
Different methods for delivery of Tickets may be available as specified on the Site (e.g., Print@Home, Will Call, Mobile/in-app delivery, Courier). If your Tickets are not being held at the Venue box office, and you have not received your Tickets seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Event, please contact us immediately.
4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Pursuant to the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law (Law 133(I)/2013), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Notwithstanding this, EVENHERO LTD permits refunds according to the process and timelines detailed in Section 4.1. Additionally, the following policies apply to event changes:
Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will issue a refund of the purchase price you paid for your Ticket(s) once funds have been received from the Rights Holder(s).
Rescheduled Events: If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your Ticket(s) is still valid. Refunds, credits, or exchanges for rescheduled events are determined exclusively by the applicable Rights Holder on an Event-by-Event basis.
Under no circumstances will we refund, reimburse, or otherwise be liable for travel, lodging, or any other personal arrangements, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with an Event that is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, moved, or otherwise changed.
4.1 Refund Claim Process
(a) Requests submitted 6 weeks or more prior to the Event: If you submit a formal refund request at least six (6) weeks before the scheduled date of the Event, EVENHERO LTD will process and issue a refund for your ticket purchase.
(b) Requests submitted less than 6 weeks prior to the Event: For any refund requests submitted less than six (6) weeks before the scheduled date of the Event, EVENHERO LTD cannot automatically process a refund. Upon receiving your request, we will contact the respective Event Organizer to seek their authorization. The decision to grant or deny the refund will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer, based on their specific event policies.
(c) Denial by the Organizer and Direct Claims: If the Event Organizer denies the refund request, EVENHERO LTD shall have no further obligation or financial liability regarding the transaction. In such instances, EventHero will provide you with the Organizer's direct contact information. Any further disputes, claims, or demands for a refund must be directed to and pursued by you directly against the Event Organizer.
5. Event Rules, Health, and Safety
Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, and Venue regulations whilst attending the Event. The Rights Holder or management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse Ticket holders' admission or request they leave the Venue if their conduct is disorderly, threatening, or violates Event Rules.
Prohibited Items: The use of equipment for recording or transmitting audio/visual material inside the Venue is strictly forbidden. Animals (except service animals), laser pens, outside food/drink, potential weapons, and illegal substances are not permitted.
Infectious Disease Waiver: By attending an Event, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including COVID-19), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
