Ririkkos — Christmas Puppet Theatre

A Christmas puppet story about a Cypriot donkey who dreams of helping Santa deliver gifts.

Based on the Christmas song and fairy tale in the Cypriot dialect by composer Costas Cacoyannis, Ririkkos follows a donkey who envies Rudolph and wants to take Santa for a ride and help deliver presents. Comic situations and Cypriot traditions tell a story about authenticity, self-acceptance and the meaning of Christmas.
